This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands roofing or home improvement sales and is confident in their ability to self-generate leads, run appointments, and close deals. If you're motivated, disciplined, and know how to sell, this is an opportunity to build a high-income career with no cap.
What You'll Be Doing
- Generating your own leads (door knocking, referrals, networking, etc.)
- Running appointments and performing roof inspections
- Creating estimates and presenting solutions to homeowners
- Closing deals and managing the job through the sales process
