Amazing Home Contractors did an AMAZING roof replacement for my daughter’s new home. Price was very affordable and included replacing all the plywood to bring up to code, architectural shingles and a full GAF warranty. They were done in a day, and cleaned up fully hauling away the old materials. We were so pleased and satisfied, we hired them to remodel their kitchen. Another AMAZING transformation at a very competitive price. They were quick and did beautiful work. The owner and project manager were absolutely wonderful to work with and made great suggestions on how to make our vision even better and more functional always mindful of the tight budget we were working with. We were shocked at the beauty and quality of the final product in less than a month from demo to completion. We will hire them for all our work now!

Other roofers just took a glance at my roof and gave me an estimate. The owner of Amazing was very informative, and pressure free. During the inspection he found hail damage that the other roofers never found. He worked with my insurance company which resulted in them covering the cost of a new roof. The roofers were exceptionally professional, and my wife and I agreed they were the best crew we have ever had. On the first day, they stayed until 7 pm to ensure any vulnerable spots were covered due to forecasted rain. The following day when they finished, every piece from the old roof was picked up. The job is finished now and it looks great. I highly recommend Amazing Home Contractors.

Great company we got siding on the top part of out brick house. They did a excellent job. Very polite employees an were here everyday until they were finished and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend also the price was unbeatable! If you do not have the money up front like many of us, they do have payment plans. Definitely Recommend

Overall, a very positive experience with Amazing Home Contractors on a roof replacement. James is a super-nice, no-pressure kind of guy. He went up on to the roof, took photos, and showed me why there’s a roof leak that causing water to enter one of the rooms upstairs. He explained the best option of roof replacement that fit my budget and was very responsive when I had follow-up questions after he left.

The team who replaced my roof arrived on time at 06:45, started working at 07:00 and finished the same day at 18:30. They were really good about answering any questions, correcting minor things that I noticed, and they also installed new gutter guards that I purchased. They also took photos of the areas of roof that had wood rot and needed replacement. I was able to see these photos online the same day as the roof replacement. After viewing the photos, I understand why there was a leak.

The only problem that I encountered was some minor damage to some of the window capping and deck railings that may have been caused by falling roof shingles. They used tarps to cover the deck and railings, but there must have been something abrasive under the tarp that scratched the railings (made of Trex, so not easily corrected) when the tarps were pulled off at the end of the job. James saw this minor damage when he came by after the job was finished. He wanted to send a drone up to take photos of the roof, but we live in the flight path of Joint Base Andrews, so the drone wouldn’t take off. I’m really not too bothered by some minor scratches anyway, but others may be.

I would recommend Amazing Home Contractors for roof replacement on price (they are quite reasonable), quality (the roof is solid and doesn’t leak now…we had heavy rain already), and a no-pressure sales pitch.
